CPI 4601 – 46 oil helps the machine withstand high temperatures, averaging from 95 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius, extremely suitable for harsh environments and high temperatures all year round. Thanks to this feature, CPI 4601-46 oil is widely used in Asian countries.
Long life: CPI 4601 – 46 has a lifespan of up to 8000 working hours.
CPI 4601 – 46 withstands high temperatures without oil glue, no deposit formation.
Oil does not foam, less volatile, so the amount of oil loss is very little. There is almost no need to add oil, thus saving oil and increasing performance.

Lubricant for air compressor CPI 4601 - 46 originated in the US. Used for machines such as: Oil-flooded screw compressors, liquid ring vacuum pumps, hydrocarbon processing air compressors. Some other applications require lubricants for oxidation and heat resistance. Especially widely used for machines in food processing facilities. Commonly used for air compressors of Gardner Denver (Germany), Atlas Copco (Sweden) and other high-end air compressor brands.

Should choose the right oil according to the requirements and specifications of your Air Compressor, if you do not know how to choose the oil, contact IES immediately for technical advice!
Depending on the environment and operating temperature, the oil life may be shorter. Therefore, you should replace them after a reasonable period of time. If you regularly use air compressors at high temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, the advice that IES Technical experts give you is to replace the oil after a period of use.
To use high efficiency air compressor oil, you should not mix it with other air compressor oils. In case, when converting from another compressor oil to CPI 4601 - 46 air compressor oil, you need to drain all the remaining oil in the head tank, filters and radiator. Then proceed to clean thoroughly before changing the oil. If glue oil is present, a special cleaner should be used to completely remove the grease in the system. IES recommends that you use CPI Comp Clean II for cleaning glue oil and can be used as a short-term lube for 500 hours.
